Highlights of the beautiful local-ish trails! Mt Rainier - Box Canyon to Indian Bar 14.5 mi, 4900 ft gain, 5.5 hrs With Danie and Julia Two marmots with Mt Rainier in the background. Fun flowy section of the Wonderland Trail. We saw a few people who were finishing up the trail. They all told us this was the best section. Thunder Lake via Tunnel Creek & PCT 14 mi, 3700 ft gain, 5 hrs with Aaron The views start opening up. You can see our destination in the distance - the far right pointing peak. Trap Lake.
